PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Payment

In our online shop, you can pay using Sofortüberweisung via Giropay or by prepayment (advance payment).
Payment is in Euro and is due immediately without any deductions.
We will provide our bank details to the customer in the order confirmation. The shipment of the goods will be initiated upon receipt of payment.
Delivery is carried out by a transportation company we have contracted (DHL). While we will do our best to accommodate any requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee adherence to specific delivery dates. Unless otherwise specified, our products will be delivered at the earliest available time, depending on our stock availability and the capabilities of the transportation company.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is responsible for promptly inspecting them and reporting any damage. In the case of an incorrect delivery address, the customer's absence, refusal of acceptance, or failure to pick up the package at the transportation company's branch, the responsibility and all associated costs are borne by the purchaser.
